4. What Happens After We Receive a DMCA Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

Review the claim
Temporarily remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable)
Allow the user to file a counter-notice, if they believe the removal was in error

5. Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, and you have the right to use the material, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:

A clear statement that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
Your consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate courts
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was wrongly removed
